Mr Andreas

CARLGREN Hemming (born July 8, 1958 in Västr a Ryd in the municipality of Upplands-Bro) - Swedish politician a nd the Center Party, Minister for the Environment (since 2006). H e graduated in 1983, teacher training courses at the University o f Stockholm. From 1984 to 1987 was chairman of the youth organization at the Center Party. Then he spent three years in an enterprise engaged in, inter alia, environmental audits. From 1990 to 1994 he was deputy mayor of the municipality Ekerö, responsible for education matters.
